Travel Retail- Logistics Assistant Manager (1 year contract)

MAIN PURPOSE

Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our order processing team to meet business objectives and logistics’ Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will be responsible for managing export shipments by collaborating closely with our internal and external stakeholders.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and handle the order processing team to ensure efficient and timely order fulfilment.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on order priorities and deadlines.
  • Liaise with 3PL partner to coordinate order fulfilment activities and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and propose monthly timelines and schedules to ensure smooth execution of order processing activities.
  • Drive operational efficiency by streamlining and optimizing order processing workflows.
  • Responsible for weekly sales reporting and monthly sales closing.
  • Prepare for reporting & analytics.
  • Any other related tasks/projects.

 

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong hands on experience in SAP OTC module.
  • Working knowledge of import documentations and regulatory requirements in Asia.
  • Ability to work in ambiguity and in a fast-paced environment.
  • FMCG/ Retail Industry/ Travel Retail experience would be preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
