Travel Retail- Human Resources Executive (1 year contract)

MAIN PURPOSE

In this role, you will support the Shiseido Travel Retail Human Resources team with daily HR transactions relating to full employee life cycle functions, including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration and learning & development.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the execution of day-to-day HR transactions in the full employee life cycle functions via HR Information Systems
  • Support monthly payroll administration
  • Provide system administration support and handle queries from internal employees
  • Manage employees P-Files documentation and ensure data integrity of employee records
  • Prepare HR related documents and employment certification letter requests
  • Support User Acceptance Testing for system enhancements or new system requests
  • Participate in ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned, which includes but is not limited to system testing, employee data consolidation, and reports preparation
  • Assist in data collation and project administration.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree with 1-2 years of relevant HR operations experience in a multinational fast-paced organization preferred
  • Prior experience working in prestige/luxury retail, beauty, fashion, retail banking, or high-tech companies will be preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications especially Excel
  • Prior payroll experience preferred
  • Working knowledge in HRIS such as SuccessFactors/SAP & local employment laws preferred
  • Good written and oral communication
  • Positive change attitude
  • Discreet, tactful, diplomatic, and highly adaptable
  • Good team player, flexible in approaching work situations
  • Able to handle multiple tasks with effective time management
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
