MAIN PURPOSE

Reporting to the Demand & Supply Planning Manager, the incumbent’s responsibilities are to mainly support demand and supply planning for Shiseido Asia Travel Retail business to ensure delivery of both business and supply chain targets for specific brands. In addition, he or she will work closely with functional managers and executives from marketing and sales, finance and supply chain management as well as global SCM teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support Demand and Supply Planning Manager to develop detailed forecasts by SKU based on family/category level consensus forecast and replenishment plans to maximize sales and optimize inventory with excellent fulfilment to customers.
• Prepare monthly forecast (S&OP) meeting materials and provide analysis before presenting to multi-function teams to get demand consensus and follow up on the inventory management.
• Manage the centralized planning for locally sourced supply with collaboration with DP, Logistics, Warehouse, Marketing teams.
• Perform data extraction, data cleansing and data analysis to propose forward looking forecasts.
• Collaborate closely with logistics and regional SCM teams for seamless operation and improve supply chain KPI.
• Any other related tasks/projects.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in relevant discipline or at least 1 year of equivalent work experience.
• Strong analysis and data management skills, with Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Possess a natural affinity for root cause analysis and continuous improvement of processes.
• Have a sense of urgency.
• Able to work across multiple brands with multiple stakeholders, independently and as a team.
• Experience with SAP IBP is a plus.
