Shiseido The Netherlands is based at Schiphol Airport and is part of the Benelux affiliate. The local Marketing- and Sales teams drive the businesses and implement marketing plans for brands like, Shiseido, Narciso Rodriguez, Zadig&Voltaire, Nars and Drunk Elephant on country level.

 

ORGANISATION

Reports to: Customer Service Manager NL

Job Location: Schiphol / possibility to work 2 days a week from home
Contract type: Fulltime – 5 days working week from Monday to Friday


POSITION

The Sales Coordinator provides essential support to the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments. This role is critical for maintaining accurate records, monitoring performance, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Order Management:

  • Order entry, processing, and tracking according to commercial/logistical requirements
  • Coordinate with Operations- and Supply Chain teams in Paris (our Headquarter) to meet sales- and customer requirements

 

Contributing to continuous improvement:

  • Analysing and proposing improvements to our order flow processing

 

Customer Communication:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, shipments, and service issues
  • Provide timely updates to the sales team and maintain strong client relationships

 

Sales Support:

  • Maintain and update customer records in SAP
  • Manage item and price databases
  • Handle claims related to delays, missing or lost items, and credit notes
  • Act as a trusted partner for Sales Managers

 

 

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare sales reports and monitor KPIs such as volumes, margins, and service performance

PROFILE

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or a related field
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in managing client relationships
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
  • Good knowledge of Logistics Flows / Supply chain / Quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in Dutch required
