Context & Mission
Within the EMEA Creative Department and reporting to the Digital Content Manager, the Digital Content Project Manager plays a key role in the operational implementation of the digital content strategy for the Prestige brands of the Shiseido Group.
This role encompasses the creation of digital content, adherence to timelines and creative standards, and close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to guarantee the quality, consistency, and performance of content across all digital channels.
Main Responsibilities
Art Direction & Production management
- Lead end-to-end digital campaign production: from creative brief to shoot to post-production (images, videos, 3D, IA).
- Propose bold creative concepts aligned with each brand DNA to support product launches & KCPs.
- Prepare and adapt all the assets provided by the brand holder for optimal deployment across our EMEA digital channels (DTC, social media, CRM), using Adobe Creative Suite tools.
- Guarantee compliance with retailer specs, media/e-commerce standards, and brand guidelines.
- Build and manage production timelines, anticipate risks, and ensure flawless delivery.
- Coordinate freelance and creative agencies (graphic designers, art directors, art buyers), leveraging their expertise as needed.
- Manage content availability via our DAM platform and contribute to AI-driven content creation.
Content strategy & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Create detailed digital guidelines that bring together strategic direction, available assets, and clear rollout instructions—enabling EMEA local markets to deliver campaigns with excellence.
- Test and optimize creative formats through A/B testing to boost performance.
- Collaborate closely with the Global brand holder in Japan and cross-functional teams across EMEA—including brand, global content, CRM, E-commerce, Media, and E-retail—to ensure strategic alignment and impactful digital content delivery.
- Ensure visibility and alignment through trackers, calendars, and dashboards.
Strategic Monitoring & Benchmarking
- Benchmark competitor content and stay ahead of digital trends: short-form video, social-first formats, AI, cross-platform storytelling.
- Manage usage rights and ensure proper governance of digital assets.
- Coordinate and oversee project estimates, purchase orders, and invoicing to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant execution of creative initiatives
Profile Required
Recognized for rigor, proactivity, analytical thinking, and energy, you excel in teamwork, cross-network collaboration, and solution-focused approaches. You communicate clearly, share ideas, and encourage collective intelligence. As a creative team player, you manage several projects with diplomacy and motivate others.
- Degree in communication, digital marketing, or project management
- 2–4 years’ experience in digital project management, preferably in beauty, luxury, or retail
- Proficient with Asana, Trello, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of social platforms, e-commerce, and SEO
- Fluent in French and English
