KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Supervise labeling and packaging operations, including inspection and release of packaging materials, and ensure compliance with operational standards and audit requirements. 
2. Conduct inspections and patrol checks at each control point of the labeling process; assist in resolving quality issues and track corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely and effective closure.
3. Organize and deliver quality-related training to team members to strengthen quality awareness and operational consistency.
4. Manage standard operating procedures (SOPs), including issuance, updates, archiving, and document/record management, ensuring their validity and traceability.
5. Collect, analyze, and report monthly quality performance data.
6. Supervise and conduct internal quality system audits and external warehouse audit operations.
7. Continuously maintain and ensure the effectiveness of the quality system and GMP certification.
8. Handle customer complaints, including root cause analysis, improvement report follow-up, and implementation tracking.
9. Manage calibration of equipment and instruments to ensure measurement accuracy and reliability.
10. Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors. 


Qualifications

o Bachelor’s degree required; any major is acceptable.
o Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in quality assurance or related fields.
o English proficiency at an intermediate level.
o Experience in supporting GMP and/or ISO certification processes is preferred.
o Strong understanding of quality systems, documentation control, and regulatory compliance is a plus.
o Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional communication effectively.
