Roles & Responsibilities

製品・サービスの価値の最大化や強い訴求の実現に向け、有用性業務の企画を立案し、中心となって
実行する。
・各国規制・薬事を理解したうえでの、製品の魅力を体現するための有用性試験計画立案
・有用性試験外部委託業務（試験機関調整、サンプル手配、結果の解析など）
・他社動向・トレンドを踏まえた新規有用性試験法の調査・開拓

For maximization of product value and achievement of attractive claims, plan efficacy tests and get evidence supporting claim. 
 - With knowledge of regulatory requirement in each region, propose efficacy tests
 - Conduct efficacy test with external clinical laboratory
 - Search new efficacy testing methods by analyzing market trend or competitors’ claim

Requirements

１. 化粧品有用性開発における応用レベルの知識・経験を有し、独立もしくはメンバーを指導しつつ上記
　  業務を遂行できる能力
２. 国内外の外部試験機関とやりとりができるだけのビジネスレベルの英語スキル
３. 海外化粧品薬事（特に訴求表現）における基礎的な知識
４. 高い意欲をもって積極的にチャレンジ、提案ができる方

1. With knowledge/experience on claims substantiation with middle/advanced-level, capability to fulfill
　their mission independently or by leading other members
2. English skill enough for negotiating with external clinical laboratory
3. Basic knowledge on regulatory requirement on cosmetics in each region
4. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to taking on challenges and making proposals
