Roles & Responsibilities


  1. To Develop and Deploy the SN Global Safety System with the Vision of ZERO ACCIDENTS
  2. To Develop and Deploy the SN Global Social Responsibility Strategy and Roadmap wit the Vision of ZERO IMPACT ON THE ENVIRONMENT
  3. To Collaborate with the QM Dpt and Assure the Deployment of the Group’s Global Quality System throughout “end-to-end” SN Activities (Product Conception, Procurement, manufacturing, Distribution) with the Vision of ZERO DEFECTS
  4. To Support all SN Functions in achieving the Group’s SQSR Vision and Delivering Best in Class Performance
  5. To Define, Consolidate and Report the Global Safety, Quality, Social Responsibility SN KPIs
  6. To Audit and Validate that the SQSR Systems of the Group are properly deployed around the world
  7. To Collaborate with the relevant Group Dpts to develop and deploy SQSR Training Programs and Contribute to Global Talent Development





  • Basic knowledge of business management
  • Knowledge of the company's business situation
  • Knowledge and experience in all manufacturing (broad and deep knowledge of technology, quality, cost, production planning, environment, safety, labor)
  • Experience of working in domestic and overseas production facilities (experience as a manager of overseas production facilities would be better)
  • Business skills (high level of logical thinking and leadership skills)
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • At least 5 years of work experience in production engineering division (head office or factory)
  • At least 3 to 5 years experience in overseas
  • Experience as a department leader
