Sustainability - Global Business Process Expert (GBPE)

Purpose of the Position

1.    Makes sustainability data reports ready in compliant to all countries’ regulation such as EPR, LCA, Environment data. For this objective, below are the activities in scope.

I.    Supervise process standardization for sustainability data management.
II.    Gather, review, document as-is business processes for HQ and all regions in scope
III.    Design new to-be processes referring to best practice
IV.    Compare as-is and best practice, identify gaps and related business needs (such as local regulation), while recommending improvements and workarounds towards best practice 
V.    Get approvals to finalize the new to-be standard processes from GBPL and BTC, while driving buy-in from end-users to adopt the new to-be processes
VI.    Facilitate change management and lead subject matter experts to increase end-user satisfaction levels and business productivity using process improvement methodology and tools.

Roles & Responsibilities

1.    Plan, Track, analyze and report progress to associated GBPL (reporting line)
2.    Quantify, document and monitor benefits of process improvements
3.    Support planning, coordination and execution of conference room pilots and other related workshops involving IT and end-users

Requirements

Competency / Qualification, Education, Experiences etc.

1.    Experience of one or a few of the followings
I.    business process reengineering
II.    data management process implementation 
2.    Team leader with experience to manage a team and collaborate actively with his/her peers
3.    More than 3 years of Sustainability or regulatory affairs
4.    English and Japanese (Business Level or Above)
