Purpose of the Position

• Involve in design, plan and management of To-Be System Landscape and Global Sales / procurement solution
• Implement the global solution by adopting the standard, best practice of business processes and data standardization.
• Get approvals to exceptions (customizations) to standard processes and best practice from GBPL and GBSL, while driving buy-in from end-users to adopt the best practice or minimize customization to the absolute minimum require
• Approve-reject the Change request based on the business benefit, criticality, system impact, regression to other regions
• Collaborate with cross streams (OTC/PTP/ITD/RTR/IBP) for integration topic/solution
• Support the AMS team for any major high priority/ critical incidents

Responsibilities

• Work with HQ and regional Business/Solution team and System Integrators in Sales /Procurement area
• Identify gaps and related system needs, while recommending improvements and workarounds towards best practice by rolling out standard solution
• Plan, Track, analyze and report progress to associated GBSL (reporting line)
• Quantify, document and monitor benefits of process improvements
• Support planning, coordination and execution of workshops/trainings involving IT and end-users

Requirement

• Experience of SAP SD/MM/Logistics
• Experience in driving best practice and standard adoption on similar programs
• Team leader with experience to manage a team and collaborate actively with his/her peers
• More than 3 years of system experience related to Supply Network System
• English (Business Level Above)
