Roles & Responsibilities(業務内容)
1. HR (People) Strategy Development and Implementation
- With the guidance from Chief People Officer and People Transformation Group Manager, works closely with related Executive Officers including Group CEO and Vice Presidents to develop and implement Shiseido Group HR (People) Strategy to deliver its strategic objectives

2. Project Management related to HR (People) Strategy Implementation
- Initiates and leads HR projects to deliver key strategic initiatives such as Human Capital KPIs development and management, Global Headcount management etc.
- Overseas and, if needed, facilitates HR related key projects in charge of other groups of People Division to ensure they produce the desired results in a timely fashion and within budget.

3. People Division Capability Development
- Provides Chief People Officer and leadership teams with up-to-date research and analysis on HR trends to support him/her in defining and implementing strategies
- Organizes and facilitates decision making rules and processes in People Division

1. Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or master's degree in a related field
- Business Level English
- Working experience of 5+ years at business (i.e. non-consulting) companies located in Japan with the size of over 1,000 employees or consultation experience to those companies at management or HR consulting companies 
- Ability to logically integrate ideas/information to form effective goals, objectives, 
timelines, action plans and solutions in developing and implementing strategies
- Proven experience in project management / Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
- Able to share and sympathize with Shiseido's "Mission, Values and Way" 
- Result oriented; commitment to the goal achievement, never-quit-mind, challenge various of alternative actions

2. Preferred
- Over 7 years' experience in human resources field with min. 3 years of experience of CoE function
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- A bachelor’s degree or master's degree in management or HR
