Roles & Responsibilities


Job Overview

■Region Business Management & Trade Marketing for assigned RHQ
・Build region growth strategy based on global brand strategy and direction
・Support RHQ for achieving the Sales target and OP target by running PDCA cycle
・Provide customized trade marketing solutions (strategy / innovation / communication) and maximizing the brand footprint by capturing the seasonal opportunities & key customer opportunities
・RHQs demand/supply operation management 
 - Define the issue or needs of RHQs and provide solution by co-working with BFG


■ Explore the new business opportunities and maximizing the brand value 
・Develop Growth Strategy and Action Plan on new markets or channels
・Develop New business or service for Cross Region, Channels or Trader 




■Execute TET initiatives by responding to the the rapidly changing market and consumers
 - Predict the changes of consumer behavior and insight by analyzing market environment and decoding the trend 
 - Manage TET cycle by delivering tangible actions against the insight with the agility

(1) Achievement Responsibility: 
 - Workly closely with assigned RHQ on business management and run the operation with PDCA cycle independently
 - Responsible for the assigned RHQs and lead the project which with bigger impact to the growth of brand / business across regions
 - Be responsible to obtain final approval from GM to get required resources by making official proposal with clear definition of the challenges and solutions
 - Be responsible for the challenging or unprecendented task for the growth of brand / business
 - Improve quality and efficiency of the assigned task, and build the scheme to improve the effectiveness of total team

(2) Problem Solving: 
 - Lead collaboration across devisions and deliver solutions independently by proactively involving the supervisor when needed 
 - Challenge status quo and generate new opportunities based on research and analysis.
 - Initiate new projects with the collaboration with the concerned parties

(3) Knowledge/Experience: 
 - Be a role model as region business management or trade marketing specialist with wider range of professional skills and experience to lead various solution development
 - Train junior members on the very complex assignments by leveraging advanced skill & experience
 - Be a brand ambassador and deliver the brand value to RHQs members
 - Be a RHQ ambassador and share the latest information in SGBU with high understanding on RHQ trader





- Communication skill to manage the diversity and manage the conflicts among the devisions
- Business level English proficiency
