Purpose of the Position
Require a Master Data Steward to join the Master Data Operations function of Master Data Management (MDM) department, that will work under the direction of the VP for Business Transformation and the Director for Master Data Management.
The Master Data Steward will establish process flows and operational procedures for Master Data Objects in MDM using a single source system of record (FOCUS global solution). The role will work with Master Data Operations Lead to globally follow standardized Master Data Objects and maintain the feasibilities for flows and procedures, toward the FOCUS transformation program through to the end of 2024.

Specific responsibilities include the following:
- Settlement of global Operation Documents shared by global team among regions and affiliates
- Establish standard process flow management across regions
- Establish data quality checking process and management
- Reporting regularly the Operations activities to stakeholders
- Call out the key governance and operational changes for to-be (capabilities, people, request in-take and fulfilment of required process, etc)
Data maintenance in the system would be done also by different MDM Organization members and supports
Requirements
Competency / Qualification, Education, Experiences etc.
- Expert with experience of collaborating proactively with senior leaders across Shiseido and relational team
- Flexibility to respond to changing requirements
- Ability to assess risks and develop contingency / catch-up plans

- Ability to assess current situations and develop pragmatic solutions and plan
