Roles & Responsibilities(業務内容)
The candidate will take responsibility for the implementation of learning and development initatives within the Shiseido Future University and global learning portfolio. This includes:
- Planning learning and development initiatives, including stakeholder management, communications, etc
- Implementing learning and development initiatives, including learner experience design, logistics, etc
- Measuring and reporting impact of learning and development, including KPI definition, data collection and analytics, etc
- Continuous improvement/redesign of learning and development initiatives to ensure they remain fit for purpose and of high impact for the individual and business
- Design and run campaigns/initiatives to promote a organization wide culture of self-driven learning
Reports to:
- Learning & Talent Development Group Manager

- Organization & Culture Development Group members
- HRBPs
- Regional HR members
Requirements(必要な能力/経験/資質)
Required capabilities:
- A learning role model - someone who is curious and innovative and constantly looking to develop themselves
- Ability to interact and build relationships with internal/external stakeholders
- Fluent Japanese, business level English
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Results focusd and ability to take initiative
- Instructional design, including impact evaluation measurement techniques
- Vendor management
Education level:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
Experience level:
- At least 4 years in the area of learning and development. Other experience in the wider field of HR is welcome.
- Experience in global organizations and an inclusive mindset for other cultures
- Proven track record of designing impactful learning and development solutions from ideation to implementation in a large, global, matrix environment
