Department Mission : Contribute to enhancing brand value and business growth by communicating a unique brand story and providing brand experience to customers around the world

Group Mission : To develop communication that create mid- to long-term brand value. Work to raise brand awareness, strengthen brand image and gain trust and empathy, engagement towards among our target audience

- Create brand/product communication strategy
- Create seasonal product communication plan, assets (Communication Guideline, KOL Guideline, Social Media Contents, Social Media Calendar, Press kits, Local event support assets,etc) in collaboration with PR team and marketing group
- Plan and excute brands global event/influencer trip 
- Elevate brand luxury communication and experience through guideline, asset creation
- Lead brands philanthropy initiatives in collaboration with marketing team and external stakeholders
- Lead Sustainability communication, and other brand communication in collaboration with marketing team, product team and other related stakeholders 
- Monitor and analyze social media/PR results reports with PDCA cycle to optimization and efficiency in contents performance


Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior members in planning global influencer marketing strategies and overall social media strategies
- Lead the execution of global influencer experiences and programs in cooperation with agencies, identify new influencer partnerships, create briefs for content creation, send products, and build relationships
- Create influencer/KOL guidelines for the launch of major seasonal products
- Support the planning and execution of global events, particularly those related to influencer experiences
- Lead the planning of global social media accounts (TikTok/Instagram) in collaboration with relevant departments based on the strategy
- Develop social dedicated assets in cooperation with agencies and team members
- Work with the internal members to create briefs for the in-house creative team and provide social content assets
- Manage community with agency support, enhance consumer engagement, and expand the fan base on major platforms like TikTok and Instagram 
- Lead the region in appropriately managing influencer activities and social media activities, or provide necessary support
- Collaborate with the related team to support crisis management and risk mitigation
- Work with the PR team to amplify key messages on social media platforms, support live social media coverage of high-profile events, and provide behind-the-scenes content
- Track metrics performance against performance goals using analytical tools
- Compile and report monthly competitive tracking reports and semi-annual KPI reports
- Plan and execute paid social campaigns in collaboration with agency



Requirements:
- More than 5 years in Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Marketing Communication area
- Experience in planning/creating communication assets (contents) for brand/product promotion
- Experience in leading influencer experience/program including events
- Deep understanding in media landscape, interest in social media platform (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LINE etc)
- Business level fluency of English and Japanese in verbal and written communications
- Project lead experience
- Detail oriented and organized, commitment to goal.
- Team collaboration 
- Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Preferred Qualification:
- Experience in luxury beauty skincare brand Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Communication, especially in HQ function
- Experience in supervising team members
- Experience in supporting/leading global influencer event. (guests from worldwide, location outside Japan etc)
- Agency management experience
- Bachelor’ degree in communications, marketing or related field
- Adobe Photoshop skills

- Able to gain experience in mid-term brand equity building from Social Media Communication and influencer marketing perspective

- Able to plan a global communciation activation from scratch, as a HQ function.
