Key objective of the Role:


- To define and manage Mid-long term global growth strategy
- To create new idea by identifying the key consumer insights and market trend
- To lead product development, communication development
- To define and drive sustainability strategy of the total brand, creating clear roadmap and implementing it to the entire brand execution.
- To lead regional marketing deployment plan by co-working with Regional HQs
- To develop future global marketing leaders



Role & Responsibilities:

Sustainable Solutions Group: ブランドトータルのサステナビリティ戦略、GenZをターゲットにしたクリーンビューティラインWASOの担当

Sustainable Solutions Group: in charge of brand Sustainability strategy and WASO, clean beauty line targeted for GenZ. 





- Over 3-5 years of experience in marketing strategy, marketing planning, project management in FMCG market
- Communication skills at business level in English and/or Japanese
- Strategic thinking, analytical skills, Insightfulness, Creativity, Passion for Growth



Desired Qualifications:


- Experience in brand holder organization
- Experience working on sustainability related project and has depth understanding for the topic
- Experience in skin care marketing/ luxury market 
- Basic communication skill in Chinese
