●Organization / Mission:
Department Mission: Contribute to enhancing brand value and business growth by communicating a unique brand story and providing brand experience to customers around the world
Group Mission: To develop communication that create mid- to long-term brand value. Work to raise brand awareness, strengthen brand image and gain trust and empathy, engagement towards among our target audience


- Create brand/product communication strategy
- Create seasonal product communication plan, assets (Press kits, Local event support assets, Communication Guideline, KOL Guideline, Social Media assets, Social Media calendar etc) in collaboration with Social Media team, MKT group
- Enhance science communication through internal workshop (targeting regional PR managers),  PR/Social assets creation, events
- Plan and excute brands global event
- Elevate brand luxury communication and experience through guideline, asset creation
- Lead brands philanthropy initiatives in collaboration with marketing team, external stakeholders
- Lead Sustainability communication, and other brand communication in collaboration with marketing team, product team and other related stakeholders 
- Monitor and analyze PR/social media results reports with PDCA cycle to optimization and efficiency in contents performance



●Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Product PR asset creation including Press Kit, Press Release etc
- Lead Brand Ambassador and Global Influencer related PR activation
- Develop PR plan and lead execution for brand philanthropy/sustainability activations in collaboration with PR/Social team and marketing group
- Support senior member on annual/mid-term PR communciation strategy in collaboration with other PR team members and Social Media team 
- Support senior member in creating seasonal product PR communication strategy in collaboration with PR/Social Media team, marketing group 
- Support in planning effective product science communication activation/assets, and lead the execution
- Support in organizing global/local brand events and internal events for media and influencers or employees
- Monitor and analyze PR/social media results reports with PDCA cycle to optimization and efficiency in contents performance



●Requirements:
- More than 4 years in PR Communication/ Social Media, Marketing Communication area.
-Experience in planning/creating communication assets (contents) for brand/product promotion.
-Experience in planning and executing PR event
-Deep understanding in media landscape, interest in social media platform (Instagram, LINE, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok)
- Native level fluency of Japanese and business level fluency of English in verbal and written communications
- Project lead experience
- Detail oriented and organized, commitment to goal.

- Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

●Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in luxury beauty skincare brand PR Communication, especially in HQ function
- Experience in supervising the team members
- Experience in global event PR planning and execution
- Agency management experience
- Bachelor’ degree in communications, marketing or related field
- Adobe Photoshop skills



●Message:
- Able to work in dynamic environment to lead the global PR strategy & execution, including PR/Event planing, PR assets creation etc, and contribute to enhancing brand value
- Able to gain experience in mid-term brand equity building from PR Communication perspective
- Able to work with diverse background people, collaborating with regions, creative team, research center, and external partners
- Able to plan a global communciation activation from scratch, as a HQ function
