Title:  Specialist, Global C&B

Key objectives of the role 

C&B Specialist is responsible to provide solid operation in overall processes for Executive Compensation management cycles and contribute to renew and maintain Executive compensation programs.


Main areas of responsibility

1. Contribute to Global LTI design and implementation

  • Provide necessary support to Global LTI project as a key project member
  • Play a key role to establish an operation structure and processes to provide a stable operation as expanding the program participants. 
  • Be an administration lead for LTI program for full cycle of LTI (grant to vest and query management), make sure the stable and effective operation and continue to improve the processes to provide excellent customer experience. This will include cooperation with other related departments, outsourced vendors and brokerage companies.  

2.  Contribute to Executive Comp design renewal and governance operation  

  • Review and renew the Executive Compensation programs by collecting and analysing data as well as preparing material as necessary
  • Manage the governance processes to make sure the necessary steps and approvals are followed, including support for arranging and operating governance related committees etc.)
  • Provide solid operation for annual event and processes such as Executive Compensation cycle, budgeting, budget tracking, compensation calculation etc.


3.  Contribute to implementation and operation for Board Member appointment

  • Provide timely support to collect and organize data, prepare the materials etc. to make sure the necessary information is prepared in advance for each event such as appointment, public notification or internal communication etc.
  • Manage an administration to register the necessary information into internal HR system etc.
  • Proactively support regular events related to board members, such as orientation for new board member, personnel/organisational announcement and preparation of C&B related questions etc. for shareholder meetings. 



  • 3 years or more of C&B related experience is preferred
  • Good at MS Excel and Power Point
  • Business level English is preferred
  • Fundamental knowledge of Labor law, Tax, Related Legal matters


Desired Qualifications


  • Experience in Cosmetics or Consumer Goods industry is plus
  • Preferred to have experience related to LTI (Equity base) and/or Executive Compensation (役員報酬) in Japanese company
