SHISEIDO is accelerating its global internal business process digitadization by utilizing ServiceNow as a global standard platform.
Demand for the ServiceNow solution implementation is surging and need internal resouce to deliver the solution for those demands.


Roles & Responsibilities(業務内容)
 -Conduct business requirements gathering and analysis based on the through understanding of the company's business process through the tight communication with business stakeholders. The business stakeholders could be located in Japan as well as other countries grobally.
 -Design ServiceNow solution for the requirements based on the comprehensive understanding of the company's ServiceNow configuration and restrictions.
 -Develop and deliver the ServiceNow solution by own.
 -When needed, engage and manage internal and external IT partners to design and deliver the solution. The partners could be in offshore.
 -Support designing and deploying the post go-live operations model for the solution.
 -Support managing budgets for the soulution delivery.
 -Support establishing Devlopment and Operations standard model for the global deployment of the platform.



Requirements(必要な能力/経験/資質)
Basic Requirements
 - Bachelor’s degree or higher in information technology area or equivalent
 - Masters degree in information technology / business administration would be preferable
 - Business proficient in English and Japanese (written and spoken)
 - ServiceNow end to end solution delivery experience more than 3 years is a must
 - 10 years experience in IT project, end-to-end solution delivery, and operation (all project and IT life cycle)
 - PMP or equivalent project management knowledge and skill is a must
 - Ability to translate business requirements into IT services and operations by writing down detailed implementation plan
 - Good understanding of information security and compliance requirements
 - Strong in negotiation and facilitation with excellent communication skills with business leaders and IT senior managers
 - Mindset to challenge new journey and keep the continuous curiosity
 - Professional knowledge on multiple information technology domains
 - Experience of global matrix environment
 - Experience in projects by Agile and/or DevOps best practices

Desired Qualifications
 - Experience in contract negotiation with global IT partners
 - Working experience in both Japanese and non-Japanese company or consulting experience in multi national companies
 - Good knowledge of IT securities and IT risk management
