Roles & Responsibilities(業務内容)
・Support GM and VP to define and implement brand vision and mid-term strategy from branding/ franchise/ product perspective.
・Actively lead part of the mid term strategy or assigned strategic project by involving key stakeholders
・Design and manage working process to put strategy into actions and drive efficiently across all departments.
・Ensure the mid term strategy is well penetrated and well on track at regional level in collaboration with RBD and regional team.
・Find New Business Opportunity focusing on service & product based on Brand Mid Term strategy & plan.
Requirements(必要な能力/経験/資質)
・Experience in global organization or an organization which has communication with global (preferrably FMCG or beauty industry).
・At least 5 yrs of experince in consumer brand/ product marketing (Nice to have experience in prestige brand) & knowledge of consumer marketing
・At least 5 yrs experience on developing and deploying the strategy (business development, product development, communication,etc)
・Business level of English skill
