Roles & Responsibilities

・Be the architect of global solution across multiple global application – S4HANA, IBP, MDG, Ariba, BPC, BI 
・Be responsible for leading the deployment activities from global standpoint on all phases from MAWS till
 Cutover and Hypercare
・Ensure all the integration aspects across global applications are taken into account while proposing /
 delivering the global solution
・Collaborate with cross streams, global/region business and solution teams for the successful implementation
 and maintenance of the global solution 
・Delivery Management - Manage the Internal resources, System Integrators/Business partners involved in the
 program(Onsite, Onshore, Offshore) and drive the solution design and delivery as per the project plan
・Release Management - Collaborate closely with GPMO team, Release management, AMS team, Change
 Management Team for release / deployment of global solution
・Stakeholder Management - Establish good relationship with both global and regional stakeholders
・Change Request Management  - Assess and Approve-reject the Change request based on the cost,
 business benefit, criticality, system impact, regression etc.
・Support the global/regional maintenance and support team for any major high priority/ critical incidents


Requirements

1. 15+ Years of SAP/Industry experience/Process Knowledge with cross stream integration experience
 across Sales, Purchasing, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Planning, Finance
2. Strong experience in partner collaboration with Onshore- offshore model
3. Strong experience in working in international environment
4. Excellent problem solving & team collaboration skills
5. Strong Negotiation and Influence experience with multiple stakeholders both internal and external 
6. Has strong motivation for innovation / change.
7. Ability to work in multinational / multicultural environment
8. Collaborate with Solution team and Release Manager to oversee and track projects and releases
 Virtual & direct reporting team leading skills
