Roles & Responsibilities(業務内容)
Job Descriptions:
■Region Business Management & Trade Marketing (China)
・ Build region growth strategy based on global brand strategy and direction
・ Support regions for achieving the Sales target and OP target by running PDCA cycle
・ Provide customized trade marketing solutions (strategy / innovation / communication) and maximizing the brand footprint by capturing the seasonal opportunities & key customer opportunities
・ Develop Cross border Cihnese business and marketin strategy with a focus on Asia and lead the executions
■ Explore the new business opportunities and maximizing the brand value
・ Develop Growth Strategy and Action Plan on new markets or channels
・ Develop New business or service for Cross Region, Channels or Trader
- Be a brand ambassador and deliver the brand value to RHQs members
- Be responsible for the challenging or unprecendented task for the growth of brand / business
- Lead collaboration across divisions and deliver solutions independently by proactively involving the supervisor when needed
- Challenge status quo and generate new opportunities based on research and analysis.
- Initiate new projects with the collaboration with the concerned parties
Requirements(必要な能力/経験/資質)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, BA, finance or a relevant field of study
- Min. 3-5 years work experience as marketing/strategy/trade marketing position in beauty or consumer goods industry
- Demonstrate a keen understanding for China market and Chinese consumers
- Business level English and Japanese is required; Mandarin will be an advantage
- Strong feeling of ownership/accountability; strong analytic skills and logical thinkings
- Experience in working in Global head office or regional team will be an advantage;
- Planning and proposal capabilities on new business development
- Humble leadership & follower-ship to embody brand SHISEIDO culture to respect others and collaborate
- Communication skill to manage the diversity and manage the conflicts among stakeholders
- Facilitation skills
