Roles & Responsibilities（業務内容）

Purpose of the Position:
世界規模で業務プロセスの標準化を推進しているビジネストランスフォーメーション部のGlobal PMOポジションで、部下なしマネージャーとして以下の業務に従事頂きます。

The Program Execution Manager (GPMO Member) works closely with the program stakeholders and lead the day to day operation, so as to secure visibility of the program schedule, progress, risk and issues. 

Key Responsibilities:
1.　Monitoring & Reporting of the program progress
2.　Preparation and operation of Program stakeholder meetings
3.　Manage Program issue/action
4.　Manage Program risk
5.　Define quality standard and quality management process
6.　Run the quality control process (Gate review, Program health check meeting)
7.　Manage meeting schedule & arrangement
8.　Maintain the documents related to Project Management Office
9. Negotiate and align with Regional Stakeholders about program escalated issues

Requirements（必要な能力・経験・資質）

必要な知識経験：
必須：
１．    SAP S4/HANAにかかるグローバルプロジェクトにてプロジェクトマネジメント経験をお持ちの方
２．    プロジェクトで英語及び日本語を用いて関係当事者を巻き込み仕事を資することができる語学運用能力
３．    SAPに関するグローバルプロジェクト経験　5年以上
