Title:  Program Execution Manager (Global PMO Member)

Purpose of the Position

The Program Execution Manager (GPMO Member) works closely with the program stakeholders and lead the day to day operation, so as to secure visibility of the program schedule, progress, risk and issues.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring & Reporting of the program progress
  • Preparation and operation of Program stakeholder meetings
  • Manage Program issue/action
  • Manage Program risk
  • Define quality standard and quality management process
  • Run the quality control process (Gate review, Program health check meeting)
  • Manage meeting schedule & arrangement
  • Maintain the documents related to Project Management Office

 

Requirement

  • Communication skills across the stakeholders under the program
  • More than 5 years of IT project management office
  • Advanced time management and document creation skills
  • Business level English and Japanese
