The PR & Social group is reponsible of creating unique experiences for bShiseido many franchises, from Global Events to KOLs activations we craft unforgetabble brand moments to help inspire consumers thorugh different touchpoints and voices. Our Social team is in charge of creating beautiful and elevated brand narratives on social channels to engage and connect with our global audience.
●Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall creation and orchestration of communication strategies for bShiseido franchises. Leading campaign event planning, creation of PR materials, product seeding and KOL marteking strategies.
Brand Communication Planner
1. Create brand communication strategies to elevate brand equity.
2. PR & KOLs Earned media focus.
3. Create balance between brand and commercial campaigns to drive desirability.
On time and in full to gate proposal & delivery | ||
_ lead Masterbrand retail campaigns / Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Valentines Day, CNY and Holiday |
||
Elevating brand equity | ||
_ translate brand positioning and mkt objectives into earned driven messaging frameworks to spark interest and drive credibility _ identity emerging cultural trends, storytelling opportunities and whitespace to moments to win brand share of voice |
||
PR communication plan | ||
_ develop media worthy storytelling angles to drive buzz across press, influencers and communities _ create PR materials / press releases to amplify brand messages with media _ calibrate and align RHQs to follow the communication plan |

KOL strategy | ||
_ develop KOL engagement narratives to drive advocacy and WOM _ create product seeding strategies and innovative concepts to drive social buzz and efficacy proof _ create global guidelines for RHQs to drive global brand consistency |

Reporting | ||
_ proactively identify and share emerging trends at competitive and industry level |
||
Budget management | ||
_ provide visibility to manager and team leaders on budget allocation per campaign and estimations from vendors | ||
Organization capability | ||
_ project management from agency pitch to project execution _ manage agency and vendor relationships _ manage campaign accounting and procurement for Masterbrand PR campaigns _ collaborate with Social team to create synergy between EARNED/PAID |

●Requirements:
PR background, experience in understading the shift from traditional PR startegies to digital driven PR strategies. Ample knowledge in digital media best practices, understaning the value KOLs and digital media can bring to brand. Strong brand narrative skills and brand narrative buidling.
