Purpose of the Position

 

1. Lead change management and communication alignment with all stakeholders
2. Ensure that the standardization initiatives harmonize among stakeholders

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Plan the Communication Strategy 

  • Defines the appropriate communication approach, incl. identification of key stakeholders, change ambassadors, frequency and rhythm of communications, selection of supporting third providers, etc 
  • Defines the process of systematic planning, implementing, monitoring, and revisioning of communications activities
  • Work to introduce innovative communications tactics that engage the employee base, at global and regional level

 

2. Develop the Communication Plan

  • Discusses business processes change impacts with key stakeholders and users, and actively provides feedback and suggestions to design teams 
  • Defines communication activities including their delivery dates targets, purpose, content and key message and assigns responsibilities for preparation, review and approval
  • Collaborates with each business department to effectively lead and support change efforts
  • Aligns major communication milestones and develops a timeline considering milestones

 

3. Execute the delivery

  • Ensure communications and plans are in place that maximize adoption and minimize resistance to OSM
  • Supervise third parties during preparation and review of required communications material, when required
  • Tracks and reports on status of change activities 
  • Serves as an internal advisor and thought leader in the area of corporate cultures and change management, working with OCM members and Business Function teams

 

 

 

Requirements

 

1. Experience of business processes and data model implemented at big company (or similar corporate) within Business Function scope
2. Experience in driving best practice and standard adoption on similar programs at big company 
3. Team leader with experience to manage a team and collaborate actively with his/her peers
4. Has strong motivation for innovation / change 
5. English (Business Level)
