Title:  Marketing, Global Business Process Manager

Key Objectives of the Role

  • Supervise process standardization activities in marketing function
  • Gather, review, document “as-is” business processes for all regions in scope
  • By comparing between “as-is” and best practice, identify gaps and related business needs (such as local regulation), while recommending improvements and workarounds towards best practice 
  • Get approvals to exceptions (customizations) to standard processes and best practice from Global Business Process Lead (GBPL) and Business Transformation Committee, while driving buy-in from end-users to adopt the best practice or minimize customization to the absolute minimum require
  • Facilitate change management and lead subject matter experts to increase end-user satisfaction levels and business productivity using process improvement methodology and tools

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, Track, analyze and report progress to associated GBPL (reporting line)
  • Quantify, document and monitor benefits of process improvements
  • Support planning, coordination and execution of conference room pilots and other related workshops involving IT and end-users

 

Requirements

  • More than 3 years experience in marketing at manufacturing company .
  • Has experience or knowledge in new product development
  • English ability to communicate counterparts abroad
