Roles & Responsibilities(業務内容)

Unique opportunity to launch and establish a NEW lifestyle-driven HAIR CARE brand for Global professional division to grow market share in professional salon market across JP/CN/APAC. Explore and drive brand values towards consumers natural and meaningful lifestyle in beauty.
Become a senior member to lead and define global brand strategy, innovative NPD pipeline and customer-centric 360 marketing plan to maximize on/offline engagement with hair stylist and end-consumers across Asia. Close collaboration with key stakeholders including direct communication of country teams.

■Roles & Responsibilities
 - Define global mid-term strategy and activity plan for new hair care brand launch and roll-out across JP/CN/APAC region
 - Lead and manage key strategic marketing/communication activities & engaging brand campaigns / on-line and off-line tools throughout customer journey touch points
 - Drive and support new expansion to e-commerce channel across all regions, provide marketing support tools and monitor KPIs
 - Manage marketing budget and track brand KPIs
 - Close collaboration with internal/external stakeholders, creative / digital agencies and ensure continous engagement with country teams
 - Lead and engage in cross-team / cross-department projects to accelerate internal/external transformation towards new business opportunities, social comittment, healthy work-life balance embracing hybrid & productive workstyle
 - Develop, guide and motivate group members to become future talents with a global view, entrepreneurial spirit and passion for beauty




■Must have

  • Minimum '10 yrs marketing experience

 - Track record in global/regional roles developing product category strategies & activity calendar for multiple markets
 - Profound experience in 360 marketing, on/offline communication (preferably in hair care or skin/body care, NPD experience is an advantage)  
 - Experience in Region/Country collaboration & steering
 - Profound experience in KPI tracking, budget management

  • Strategic, conceptual, analytical skills
  • Multi-project project management skills
  • Digital savvy with profound digital skill set
  • International experience, Asia preferred
  • Business English/Japanese
