Purpose of the Position
•Supervise process standardization activities in marketing function, in particular, in new product planning.
•Gather, review, document “as-is” business processes for HQ and all regions
•By comparing between “as-is” and best practice, identify gaps and related business needs (such as local regulation), while recommending improvements and workarounds towards new to-be processes
• Drive buy-in from end-users to adopt the new to-be process
•Facilitate change management and lead subject matter experts to increase end-user satisfaction levels and business productivity using process improvement methodology and tools
Key Responsibilities
•Plan, Track, analyze and report progress to associated GBPL (reporting line)
•Quantify, document and monitor benefits of process improvements
•Support planning, coordination and execution of conference room pilots and other related workshops involving IT and end-users
Requirements
Must have
•Knowledge and Experience of overall marketing, in particular, Brand management, and new product planning
•Team leader with experience to manage a team and collaborate actively with his/her peers, or at least have potential capability
•Ability to communicate and chair meetings in English with native speakers (Business Level or Above)
Preferable
•More than 3 years of brand manabement, marketing or sales management is preferred.
• Experience in driving best practice and standard adoption on process transformation
