Roles & Responsibilities(業務内容)
Since its founding in Ginza, Tokyo, brand SHISEIDO, exclusively crowned with the company name and camellia marque, has been fusing art and science, representing Japanese Beauty. 
Today, it offers a wide range of products in 88 countries and regions around the globe. 
This position is an integral part of the Global Communications team supporting all Global influencer programs primarily focused on new product launches, including global influencer strategy, content creation and global guideline management, and local market integration. 

Key Objectives of the Role
- Strong understanding of the global influencer landscape and can source new and creators and conceptualizes innovative strategies across various categories and social channels. 
- Focuses on how global influencer and brand partnership strategies can drive awareness on a global scale and then integrated on a regional and local level. 
- Partners with global marketing teams to align on key messaging and with the global social team to ensure all content creation is amplified across owned channels. 
- Partner with Global Social teams to amplify KOL content in alignment with business objectives and launch strategies across relevant SHISEIDO owned platforms. 
- Reporting into Director of Global Communications sitting in NY to conceptualize and execute global influencer strategy for select new product launches.



Requirements(必要な能力/経験/資質)
• 5+ years of creator marketing and communications experience; beauty and fashion industry experience preferred 
• Good handle on current trending creators and pop culture 
• Expert in Asia influencer and creator strategy and ideates new and compelling strategies for increased brand awareness. 
• Strong understanding of beauty and cosmetics industry 
• Ability to develop and execution strategy, plans and budgets 
• High level of creativity; excellent writing and presentation skills 
• Strong Communication skill in English
