Roles & Responsibilities

•    Develop and implement MuleSoft applications and integrations using Anypoint Platform, CloudHub, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and other MuleSoft products and tools.
•    Work closely with the MuleSoft Architect, Global C4E lead, Global IT Service Strategy Lead, business stakeholders, and other IT teams to understand the business requirements
     and provide MuleSoft solutions that are scalable, secure, and reusable.
•    Follow and contribute to the MuleSoft best practices and methodologies.
•    Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve MuleSoft application and integration issues.
•    Optimize the performance and reliability of MuleSoft applications and integrations.
•    Support the deployment and maintenance of MuleSoft applications and integrations in various environments.
•    Test and document the MuleSoft applications and integrations.
•    Learn and apply new MuleSoft technologies and features to enhance the MuleSoft capabilities and solutions.



Requirements

Basic Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience
•    MuleSoft Certified Developer or MuleSoft Certified Integration Professional
•    5 years+ experience in enterprise integration using MuleSoft or other integration platforms
•    Experience in working with global teams in different regions and time zones
•    Experience in using CloudHub 2.0, Kubernetes, Salesforce, SAP, and other cloud and enterprise applications
•    Experience in legacy system migration and process automation using MuleSoft
•    Strong knowledge and skills in API design, development, and management using MuleSoft
•    Proficient in Java, XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, and other web technologies and standards


Desired Qualifications

•    Experience with DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines
•    Experience with Agile and Jira
•    Prior experience in developing integrations with Salesforce, SAP, or ServiceNow using Mulesoft
•    Strong experience working with global teams in different regions, demonstrating excellent collaboration skills
•    In-depth knowledge of API-led connectivity and microservices architecture
•    Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
•    Fluent in English, and preferably in Japanese or Chinese, on business matters
•    Interest and willingness to learn and apply the latest technology and innovation
•    Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
