Roles & Responsibilities(業務内容)

 

Organization & Culture Development Group has a mission to enhance to build strong Shiseido culture for Shiseido group over the world.The candidate will take the lead on culture development across the global organization. This includes:

- Promote culture penetration based on Global HR strategy
- Design and Plan activities to drive culture change
- Design and Facilitate workshop to drive culture change (Target including Board member and Senior Manager level)
- Design each activites in the area of D&I and Englishnization enhancement


Other key stakeholders:
- Learning & Talent Development, Group members
- HRBPs
- Regional HR members
- Senior business leaders (e.g. function executive officers, etc)

 



Requirements(必要な能力/経験/資質)

 

Required capabilities:
- Fluent in oral and written Japanese and English
- Strong project management skill and/or organizational development skill under multi culture circumstances 
- Results focusd and ability to take initiative
- Ability to interact and biuld relationships with all level of employees
- Get things done mind 
- Have strong passion and purpose for own job

Optional capabilities: For those who do not have HR experience
- Marketing/Consulting skill
- Data driven, Analytical skill 
- Change management skill

Education level:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent

Experience level:
- At least 5 years in the area of learning and development, culture development,Other experience in the wider field of HR is welcome.
- Project or team lead experience 
- Experience in global organizations and an inclusive mindset for other cultures
- Experience to work in a large, global, matrix environment
