Roles & Responsibilities

 

Purpose of the Position

1. Supervise standardization activities
2. Gather, review, document as-is business processes for all regions in scope
3. Map with SAP S4 and other solutions related module best-practice processes, compare as-is and best practice, identify gaps and
    related business needs (such as local regulation), while recommending improvements and workarounds towards best practice 
4. Experience in Financial Consolidation & Reporting
5. Experience in Accounting is a +
6. Get approvals to exceptions (customizations) to standard processes and best practice from GBPL and BTC, while driving buy-in
    from end-users to adopt the best practice or minimize customization to the absolute minimum require
7. Facilitate change management and lead subject matter experts to increase end-user satisfaction levels and business productivity
    using process improvement methodology and tools.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, Track, analyze and report progress to associated GBPL (reporting line)
2. Quantify, document and monitor benefits of process improvements through S4/HANA and other solution
3. Drive and document to-be processes by finding gaps in the as-is processes pertaining to Financial Consolidation & Reporting 
4. Support planning, coordination and execution of conference room pilots and other related workshops involving IT and end-users

 

 

Requirements

 

1. Experience of business processes and data model Global implemented at Shiseido (or similar corporate) within Business Function
2. Experience with best practice business processes and data model related to SAP S4/HANA, BPC and Group Reporting or similar solution
3. Experience in driving best practice and standard adoption on similar global programs 
4. Team leader with experience to manage a team and collaborate actively with his/her peers
5. More than 10 years of Finance Business Function (Accounting / Financial Consolidation & Reporting)
6. Strong problem solving skill 
7. Good communicator
8. Project management skill is a +
9. English (Business Level Above)
10. Has strong motivation for innovation / change
