Product development of Makeup line in bSHISEIDO

Requirements（必要な能力/経験/資質）

-化粧品市場における3年以上の商品開発、マーケティング戦略・マーケティングプラン構築経験、プロジェクトマネジメント経験。商品開発の経験があることが最も望ましいが、一から学ぶ意欲があるのであれば検討する。
-ビジネスレベルの英語と日本語のコミュニケーションスキル
-戦略的思考、分析力、洞察力/インサイトフルネス、クリエイティビティ、成長意欲
- 指示を待つことなく、自ら課題を見つけ解決に向けて能動的に行動できること
- メイクアップ及び自分で商品をつくっていくことが好きであること
- 日本初SHISEIDOというブランドを世界に広げていくことに共感できること
- More than 3 years of experience in product develpment, marketing strategy planning, project management in cosmetics market. Experience of product development is the most desired skill, but if the person have strong motivation to learn from the beginning, it would be also considered.
- Communication skills at business level in English and Japanese
- Strategic thinking, analytical skills, insightfulness, creativity, passion for growth 
- Proactiveness to find the issue and act to resolve by self, without waiting for being instructed
- Love for Makeup and producut development. Ambition to expand Japanese, SHISEIDO brand to the world
