●Organization / Mission:


Shiseido has been promoting the global business transformation project “FOCUS (First One Connected and United Shiseido)” since 2020.
This is a grand-scale project to standardize internal core business processes such as sales, logistics, finance, accounting, and manufacturing on a global basis and integrate the systems into SAP S4/HANA.


1.  Lead the Business solution function in MES-Apriso area
2.  Responsible in design, plan and management of To-Be System Landscape and Global solution 
3.  Responsible for design review and approval of FSD 
4.  Responsible to lead and address the Integration topics – S4-Apriso Integration, Apriso–BI Integration, BI / MES reporting
5.  Responsible for Integration Testing and Quality review of the solution 
6.  Responsible for the TCO, Go-Live preparation, Transition and cutover activities 
7.  Responsible for Post Go-Live & Hypercare Support 
8.  Responsible to work closely with partners on the planned and technical solution delivery
9.  Responsible and Manage the change requests for global core functionalities and local requirements together with the Global business process lead
10. Responsible to support and approve solution change requests, enhancements, functional design specifications and technical design specifications. This also includes supporting and follow-up actions from Solution workshops
11. Responsible to Approve-reject the Change request based on the business benefit, criticality, system impact, regression to other regions
12. Support the AMS team to resolve any major high priority/ critical incidents
13. Supervise activity of Global Business System Experts 
14. Implement the global solution by adopting the standard, best practice of business processes and data standardization.
15. Manage the requirements for business processes and data from system point of view in alignment with FOCUS template, legal & compliance requirements coming from all regions
16. Be the guardian of the FOCUS global solution for the standardization of MES processes and data
17. Collaborate with cross streams) for integration topic/solution
18. Communicate and regularly support the Global Business Process Lead, global business process experts across regions and with senior leadership in making operational decisions (including the associated business benefits)
19. Oversee FOCUS planning, execution, reporting and related escalation management. This also includes decisions on the implementation priority, release windows and the overall release



●Key Responsibilities:


1.  Plan, Track, analyze and report progress to associated Global business process lead (reporting line)
2.  Quantify, document and monitor benefits of process improvements
3.  Support planning, coordination and execution of conference room pilots and other related workshops involving IT and end-users



●Requirements:


1.  Understanding of Shiseido’s current system related to MES function
2.  Team leader with experience to manage a team and collaborate actively with his/her peers
3.  More than 12 years’ experience in Manufacturing and Production execution experience in areas such as Inventory Management, Goods movement, Warehouse Management, Batch Management /Shipping, MES systems and 3PL integration
4.  English (Business Level) 
5.  Negotiation / Communication experience with key executives as a leader (5 years +)
