Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Operations Specialist to join our global security team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) operations, vulnerability management, threat intelligence handling, and security assessments and it's remediation observed.

Roles & Responsibilities

•Lead and manage SOC operations, ensuring the timely identification and response to security incidents.

•Develop and maintain our vulnerability management program to identify, assess, prioritize, and remediate security vulnerabilities.

•Operate and enhance our threat intelligence capabilities, ensuring that relevant threat information is effectively integrated into security monitoring and response activities.

•Perform comprehensive security assessments to identify security risks and weaknesses, and work with relevant teams to develop and implement appropriate remediation plans.

•Collaborate with global teams to align security practices and ensure a consistent security posture across all regions.

 

Requirements

•Proven experience in SOC operations, preferably in a global context.

•Significant experience with vulnerability management processes and tools.

•Hands-on experience with threat intelligence platforms and operationalizing threat intelligence.

•Strong background in conducting security assessments and implementing corrective actions.

•Familiarity with international cybersecurity standards and frameworks.

Preferred Skills:

•Recognized cybersecurity certification (e.g., CISSP, GIAC, CEH).

•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security issues to a non-technical audience. globally.

•Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

•Proactive approach with the capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.

•Advanced degree or professional security management certifications would be a plus.

Experience:

•A minimum of 5 years in cybersecurity operations, with at least 2 years in a role with global responsibilities.
