Overall Description

 

- Contribute to execute Global IT Strategy such as long & short term IT plan, spend, partner, architecture, governance, organization change management, and more.
- Support Global IT leaders to execute the initiatives together by orchestrating all Regions' stakeholders including Japan (6) .
- Engage with IT members by comprehensive analysis, value realization, transition support, and change management.


 

Roles & Responsibilities

 

- Provide strategic insight to Global IT leaders in analysis, value proposition, kpi performance, and more.
- Provide expert advice and support on Global IT leaders to deliver the services and manage the overall IT plan 
- Support to develop and maintain annual Shiseido Global IT strategy and roadmap
- Establish, deploy, and maintain standardized IT Governance structure, guideline, and sophisticated process globally
- Operate global IT governance and IT risk management process as routine
- Support Global IT leaders to mobilize the team internally and externally
- Facilitate the global initiatives to deply Global One IT and new technologies that were not previously possible
- Support Global IT Strategy lead to design, organize, and run effective Global IT leadership communications in a timely manner
- Ensure visibility, escalation, and decision to inform and align on IT planning, policy, and operations globally
- Support to build and maintain Global IT portfolio such as architecture, project, operation, vendor, and cost on single database

 

 

Requirements

 

Basic Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in information technology area or equivalent
- Business proficient in English and Japanese (written and spoken)
- 10 years experience in IT project, end-to-end solution delivery, and operation (all project and IT life cycle)
- PMP or equivalent project management knowledge and skill is a must
- Good understanding of information security and compliance requirements
- ITIL Foundation level of knowledge and experience
- Strong in collaboration and communication in stakeholder management
- Problem solving capability with strong logical thinking and data/situation analysis skill
- Mindset to challenge new journey and enthusiasm to learn and explore it with curiosity 

 

Desired Qualifications

- Masters degree in information technology / business administration would be preferable
- Professional knowledge on multiple information technology domains
- Ability to translate business requirements into IT services and operations by writing down detailed implementation plan
- Experience in contract negotiation with global IT partners
- Strong in negotiation and facilitation with excellent communication skills with senior leaders
- Working within a well-defined service management environment based around ITIL practices
- Experience in COBIT / TOGAF deployment globally
- Working experience in both Japanese and non-Japanese company or consulting experience in multi national companies
- Experience in projects by Agile and/or DevOps best practices
- Good knowledge of IT securities and IT risk management
- Experience of global matrix environment
