Overall description
 

As a strategic HR business partner (HRBP) to HQ department, especially, Division Head, HQ HRBP is responsible for building and executing HR strategies to achieve each division/department vision and strategies. The scope of responsibility covers Division/department HQ.

 

Roles & responsibilities

Leading business growth and culture transformation by developing capabilities of the responsible business organizations / regions as a change agent, and promoting standardization of compensation scheme, talent management systems and process of evaluations for people development.

This position will expedite daily HR process and actions which includes, but not limited to:

  • Lead talent development strategy and organization design
  • Promote ideal culture of Talent Development, process of Recruitment & Retention
  • Manage global process of Evaluation and Compensation
  • Design mechanism for Employee Engagement 
  • Upgrade HR Operations and Processes for productivity and capability development
     

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Japanese and English - ability to interface with all levels of the stakeholders. Strong influential skill to lead initiatives
  • 10 years+ working experience, 5 years+ working experience in HR and 2 years+ working experience as HRBP.
  • Strategic thinking in developing clear mid-term HR strategy and take the lead in its implementation
  • Must be a clear thinker and a self-starter with a can-do-attitude, high ethics, open minded and business acumen in our business
  • Knowledge of Organizational Development, Culture Change or Learning & Development
  • People focus, result focus and proactive approach
     

Preferrd Qualifications

  • Cross-functional project promotion experience
  • Business experience in Beauty or Cosmetics industry
  • Digital Technology savvy
  • Strong influential skill to lead initiatives for transformation
