■Key objectives of the role
This position has responsibilities for total operations for Executive Officers (EO – Yakuin) compensations & benefits, assisting EO related policy changes and preparation of documents for Shareholders Meeting.
Also, expected to learn Corporate Governance, especially Executive Nomination and Compensation related, through this job.



■Main areas of responsibility    
・Responsible for Executive Officers related compensations and benefits, i.e., calculation of salary increase & bonus, payroll direction to internal payroll shared service company, budgeting, arrangement of overseas remittance, invoice payment procedure, etc.
・Assist a EO Governance Manager: 
 ーArrangement of the Nomination and Remuneration Advisory Committee Meeting and preparation of meeting materials
 ーPreparation of documents for the Shareholders Meeting
 ーEO related policy changes
・Work collaboratively with various HR stakeholders (including Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility and the Business Unit), Finance, Legal, and external partners such as tax consulting firm to design appropriate compensation and benefits programs, executive compensation programs and nominate new Executive Officers
・Establish operation processes for equity based Long-Term Incentive including ensuring tax filing globally with tax advisory service company 
・Build a tax equalization system for mobility EOs



■Requirements
・More than 3 years' experience in payroll and knowledge of taxation and social security system of Japan
・Business level in English communication 
・Project Management skills
・Excel skill – Pivot table, etc

・C&B experience is preferable
