Roles & Responsibilities(業務内容)
・For achieving the mid to long-term targets for D2C growth, manage and lead to RHQ for the planning with proper direction, imeplement the optimal strategies and tactics to achieve.
・Understand the bS marketing strategy, create the digital communication strategies in the IMC plan for each campaign according to the global level, and lead as GHQ by acquired the alignment with RHQ.
・Lead the formulation of a digital-centered always on communications approach, target design integrating all digital touch points, progress management, and verification of effectiveness in tracking in order to strategically plan and practical digital communications.
・Establishment of the appropriate PDCA cycles (data analysis and verification, efficient and effective data utilization) for understanding the results of campaigns, data extraction, hypothesis formulation, and strategic planning for each line. Take the initiative in implementing data extraction, understanding, visualization, etc., planning analysis and hypotheses that combine broad knowledge, analysis and formulate hypotheses from a new perspective, and reflect to our digital communications strategy and lead RHQs.
・Lead CRM strategic plan hands-on basis, acieve to raise ROI. Accelerate CRM enhancement and contribute of long-term loyal user acquisition (LTV).
・Budget management. Based on ROI efficiency, contributes cost reductions (efficiency of content production costs and processes, merger of overlapping actions, collaboration with other G/departments, negotiation of partner Fee, etc.).
・Encourage the growth and development of subordinates, improve task volume and operations, to be efficiency, to be a role model of leadership behavior, manage and support members' performance.
・Accurately discover solutions through digital communications based on marketing objectives and IMC strategies, lead proposal with proper solutions/big ideas aggressively.
・Lead in proposing and promoting criteria for developing KPIs (CTRs, CPM, CPC, CPE, CVR, Ad Fraud, viewable rate, on target rate etc...) for digital communications.
・Guidance and support for improving the capabilities of team members.
  - Build and penetrate repeatable flow, such as the formation of templates and frameworks to draw up digital communication strategies.
  - Always share the latest digital information and expertise, suggest ways to provide information and utilize it to marketing teams and team members, and lead to execution.



Requirements(必要な能力/経験/資質)
1) Expertise
・Draw up and promote strategies and tactics that are effective for EC growth at the global level.
・Knowledge of digital functions and properties to create accurate and efficient digital touch points.
・Planning and drafting IMC strategies from a digital perspective, possessing the knowledge, skills, and data management necessary for the development and drafting of optimal digital approach methods in response to digital trends and social needs.


2) Necessary job experience
・Experience in EC business over 3 years.
・Experience in planning and promotion of CRM over 3-5 years or experience of data scientists including data analysis and verification over 3 years.
・A series of business experiences from the formulation of brand communication strategies, formulation of measures, implementation, and verification of effects through the direction of internal and external members.
・Experience in planning and implemented communications in both branding and direct response.
・Experience in implementing advanced communications utilizing digital and data.
・Experience in planning, promotion, and operation of plans to realize efficient ROI.


3)Competency
・Global communications capabilities, English level should be business conversations.
・More than three to five people with experience in people management.
・Ability to propose and lead new business plans.
・Project & data management capabilities (e.g., PDCA cycle, scheduling, tracking ROI effectiveness)
