Roles & Responsibilities(業務内容)
- Help GM to build consolidated Globla media platform
- Help GM to manage Glo-cal media community and to strengthen Glo-cal organizational structure(culture of sharing & learning, generating learning opportunities)
- Manage Global media AOR: Ochestrating media agency management including local partnership, remuneration/bonus
- Support building and executing globally consistent KPIs across markets for the major media channels, best practice sharing across regions/markets
- Media execution result analysis esp. on bS Global campaigns 
- Media auditing for efficiency/effectiveness transparency
- Practicing TET that captures changes in consumer insight: a. Understand changes in the market environment and trends, b. Predict changes in consumer awareness and behavior, c. Practice actions to respond to expected changes in consumer insight and manage the TET cycle



Requirements(必要な能力/経験/資質)
- Media analysis
- Collaborative with cross functional and cross cultural organizations(within SGBU, FOCUS team & DTO, RHQs, external agencies globally across markets, and etc.)
- 5+ yeard of experience on media planning & buying(esp. digital), Understand on BI/eComm(esp. GA)
- Hybrid experiecne in both brand and performance digital media
- Strong understnading of SEM/SEO and programmatic, display, DSP, social media toward not only driving awareness and traffic, but also overall communication funnel including consumer LTV
- Previous experience managing budgets and demonstrated track record of strong ROI
