Purpose of the Position


1.    This role is responsible for providing hands-on support and coordination of FOCUS training related activities supporting the regional deployment activities as a result of implementing the global transformation project (FOCUS). The role will cover support for all deployment waves including releases from training standpoint to ensure end users affected by change/s are properly trained and empowered. This role will also need to work closely with project members from other workstreams for alignment purposes.



Key Responsibilities


1.    Monitor and track FOCUS training progress across deployment and waves, following up open item/s as and when necessary. 
2.    Maintain and develop relevant key training metrics/KPIs such as number of courses delivered, training attendance, survey data, no of key users/end users trained across deployment waves.
3.    Partner and collaborate with other FOCUS training team members to ensure training activities are consistently improved.
4.    Perform quality check of training deliverables such as training materials/documentations on the global learning library, regional deployment toolkits, etc.
5.    Manage and build global learning library and other training assets for Shiseido internal interests and communicate to stakeholders when necessary.
6.    Address any training issues and escalate to Shiseido Training Lead as and when required for continual improvement of training process and activities.
7.    Work closely with training team across the regions as well as other workstream to ensure alignment.
8.    Support Shiseido Training Lead in preparation of presentation materials for key training status update meetings and events/global communication forum. 
9.    Ensure that all the below deployment activities are planned properly and meet the global FOCUS templates and guidelines working with alongside FOCUS training team members. Below list is not exhaustive.

a.    Training needs analysis
b.    Course curriculum
c.    Training development plan
d.    Identification of trainers
e.    Training scheduling for key user/end user
f.    Training environment set up





Competency / Qualification, Education, Experiences etc

1.    Extensive hands-on experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders including management
2.    Working knowledge and proficiency in learning/training life cycle
3.    Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4.    Exposed to working in large team and/or matrix environment
5.    Business level English required


Desired Requirements 

1.    Knowledge and understanding of SAP and its implementation phases is desirable
