Roles & Responsibilities

This position is to lead the global strategy of the systems and technology aligning with corporate strategic vision and priorities

• Act as a global guardian of the enterprise architecture by recommending & participating in activities related to the design, development, and maintenance of the systems
• Lead to deploy the systems architecture to support that strategy by collaborating with multi-national delivery and operation teams

Direct the Technical architecture activities globally

• Implement the strategy for the development of Technical architecture work
• Identifies and mitigates implementation risks and analyses potential impact on the enterprise
• Lead to develop and maintain effective technological partnership globally
• Lead to optimize/digitalize the business operations by technology
• Leads and manages Architecture Working Groups for the development and maintenance of the EA
• Guide to use the enterprise architecture processes and methodologies globally
• Conducts and actively participates in meetings related to the designated projects, both globally and regionally, with partners
• Collaborates with all the relevant parties in order to review the objectives and constraints of each solutions and determine conformance with the EA.
• Recommends the most suitable technical architecture and defines the solution at a high level
• Manage, use and maintain Technical architecture models with comprehensive methodologies
• Recommends and participates in the analysis, evaluation, and development of enterprise long-term strategic and operating plans to ensure enterprise’s long-term business
• Recommends and participates in the design and implementation of standards tools & methodologies
• Lead to optimize IT project/operational cost by technical architecture governance
• Researches overall IT solutions on the market for the particular technical requirements and business needs
• Shares the best practices, lessons learned and constantly updates the technical system architecture requirements based on changing technologies and knowledge related to recent, current, and upcoming products and solutions
• Lead a multi-national team to be the best technical specialist within the company globally

Requirements

■Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• 10 years+ experience in the system architectural role
• Fluently communicate, read, and write in Japanese and English on business
• Experience managing partners locally and remotely
• Experience in working with CxO and executives in a large-scale company
• Strong technical skills and good knowledge and expertise of technological solutions in the market
• Strong knowledge on telecom, business systems, infrastructure, digital technologies, IoT, AI, cloud computing, 5G and Information security
• Experience in a project management for global deployment
• Experience in Information system operation
• Experience in delivery of Information security solutions
• Experience in multiple partner management in a project
• Experience in facilitating the decision making board for technological topics
• Experience in multi-cultural team management

■Desired Qualifications
Strong program and project management skills and equivalent qualification such as PMP is preferred

• Experience in working in a matrix organization
