Roles & Responsibilities(業務内容)
- Drive global marketing communication strategy and enhance brand equity through social media and influencer marketing.
- Oversee/Develop social media strategy and contents for season campaign/brand communication (such as Sustainability)
- Oversee the development and production of SNS contents 
- Oversee social community management
- Oversee the SNS guidelines to regions for consistent brand communication across markets
- Lead brand ambassadors leverage plan/contents for social media platform with the agent and manage contracted brand ambassadors' social contents/posts with a support of the agent
- Lead/Develop global influencer/partnership strategy and influencer guidelines.
- Lead/Develop global influencer experiences/contents at live/on-site events such as PR events, new product promotions, store openings, etc.
- Manage social media tracking metrics performance against performance goals
- Oversee monthly performance report and present performance report to brand unit members by-annually 
- Collaborate with Communication Planning/PR team/Customer Experience Group/Digital group to manage a creative brief to in-house creative team and deliver assets for digital contents  
- Lead brand risk management for social platforms with CPB PR team/Corporate PR team/Corporate risk management team
- Supervise CPB social team members
- Manage SOW of AOR, Orchestrate agency management 
- Manage budget for social/Develop budget plan for social



Requirements(必要な能力/経験/資質)
- 8-10 years at an agency or in-house, luxury beauty experience preferred 
- Strong understanding and experience of social media platforms/contents management/influencer marketing
- Proactive/resilient leadership
- Experience managing 1-2 members 
- Team-oriented. Collaborative with cross functional teams in CPB Units/organizations (RHQs, external agencies across markets)
- Previous experience managing budgets/KPIs
- Full proficiency in English in verbal and written communications/ Proficiency in Japanese is preferred
- Must be on top of social media trends and platforms 
- Active social media users on Instagram, LINE, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok
- Detail oriented and organized 
- Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Adobe Photoshop, is a plus 
- Bachelor’ degree in communications, marketing or related field
