Roles & Responsibilities(業務内容)
- Support Senior Manager on all social media executions
- Handle community management and content publishing with the support of an agency to increase consumer engagement and increase fanbase on key platforms, but not limited to Instagram and Facebook 
- Liaise and coordinate with Japanese contents/captions on key platforms (Currently mainly on Instagram)
- Assist in creating a tracking system for regional submission of content for global consideration
- Partner with PR team to support crisis management and mitigate risk
- Partner with PR teams to amplify key messages on social media platforms, live social media coverage from high-profiled events, behind the scenes 
- Support social media photoshoots 
- Moderate social media content integration on digital/website
- Execute influencer experiences and programs 
- Manage product send-outs to influencers/KOLs for relationship building  
- Manage usage rights for SNS assets 
- Work with platform partners to troubleshoot technical issues with Facebook, Google, etc
- Manage master global influencer list and identify new influencer partnerships  
- Tracking metrics performance utilizing analytics tool against performance goals
- Utilize social media listening tools to identify trending topics within prestige beauty, cosmetics and skincare 
- Compile quarterly competitive tracking reports
- Work with Communication Planning/PR team/Customer Experience Group to develop a brief to in-house creative team and deliver assets for digital contents ​​​​

- 3 years at an agency or in-house, luxury beauty experience preferred 
- Must speak Japanese and effective English in verbal and written communications
- Must be on top of social media trends and platforms 
- Active social media users on Instagram, LINE, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok
- Detail oriented and organized 
- Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel), Adobe Photoshop, is a plus 
- Bachelor’ degree in communications, marketing or related field
