Title:  Global Organization Design & Training Lead

Location: Shiodome HQ

Purpose of the Position

  • Training Lead to work within the FOCUS program to complete early Training scope planning and analysis activities that will be used in the development.
  • Support the new Organizational initiatives of the FOCUS program reflect the Shiseido DNA and Principles

 

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate current skills profiles and consult with GPMO to identify training requirements according to individual and team needs
  • Plan and implement training programs and workshops that are interesting, engaging, and actionable for staff  
  • Implement training KPIs and track success and progress based on sound metrics
  • Conduct QA feedback sessions. Empowering them to improve and develop their skills
  • Work with GPMO and HR to facilitate succession planning and career development plans and training
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices
  • Provide the new organization design approach for FOCUS program and based on regional business context
  • Engage with leaders and key stakeholders to map potential gaps / misalignment in current state organisation structure to future state
  • Review current organizational structure, layers and spans of controls
  • Review workforce data, job descriptions, reporting structures and performance measures
  • Coordinate regional alignment of organisation design change requirements
  • Lead business engagement on detailed organization design and support the regional change manager to execute the organization design
  • Support the regional business on implementing New-Ways-of-Working and/ or Organizational Re-design based on the business processes of FOCUS
  • Track record in designing and executing successful people development programs, as well as organizational designs, including process documentation and `how to ‘guides.”

 

Requirement

  • 3 years of experience as a Training Specialist or Leader
  • 5years of experience with designing training programs and workshops
  • 5 years of experience on Business Transformation program with a strong experience on change management and organizational design
  • Knowledge of various training and teaching methods
  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs, as well as process documentation and ‘how to’ guides
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
  • Excellent decision making, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Exceptional interpersonal, relationship building, influencing and communication skills
  • Ability to build, motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Consulting-background is a plus, ideally experienced on both ends (as Consultant as well as employing and managing Consultants)

 

Desired Requirement

Experience with best practice business processes and data model related to SAP S4/HANA scope
