Overall description

 

As a Shiseido Senior Technical Lead for Global in Head quarter, you will drive API DevOps team by applying the iterative methods to deliver APIs that ensure the data integration in Shiseido Global digital solutions.
- This position is to lead the global integration platform (Mulesoft) development and operation to ensure Shiseido multiple digital initiatives globally
- Act as a DevOps liaison of the platform by providing primary technical oversight throughout the API lifecycle and working with project managers to ensure the requirements are met for the business use.
- Lead to orchestrate DevOps team to develop / test / operate by managing Shiseido API assets

 


 

Roles & Responsibilities

 

- Lead to manage the global integration platform as platform lead
- Review architecture options with project managers who use the global integration platform as a part of project
- Lead to review / approve the use of the global integration platform as Platform lead
- Work with individual project members and API DevOps team to ensure that development and operation is met for business
- Develop, implement, and maintain the governance model of the global integration platform
- Provide the Technical advice and decision to API DevOps team as Senior Technical lead
- Collaborate with technical consultants from solution partners by investigating technical options and decision for Shiseido
- Lead to conduct design and code reviews 
- Guide to use the governance of the platform in effective ways of communication and methods
- Be a guardian of entire corporate data integration by controlling the integration platform as standardized
- Be accountable of Platform KPIs such as project delivery timeline, standardization, operation quality, and more.
- Lead to share the best practices, lessons and learned, and constantly updates the platform capability
- Support Strategy Group Manager to mobilize and educate DevOps team by designing effective technical training and assignment
- Support Strategy Group Manager to develop / maintain the integration strategy and communicate to IT folks
- Support API DevOps lead to deliver the development and operation


 

 

Requirements

 

Basic Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 10 years+ experience in the application development
- Fluently communicate, read, and write in English on business
- Experience in managing partners locally and remotely
- Strong technical skills and good knowledge and expertise of cloud computing, application, and API
- Strong hands on experience on application development
- Strong experience on both agile development and water-fall development in enterprise project
- Strong interest in the latest technology
- Experience in a project management for global deployment
- Experience in DevOps
- Experience in multi-cultural team management
