Overall description


As a member of Shiseido Global Senior IT Leadership team in Head quarter, you will initiate the Shiseido Global IT Service together with Service leads and Global IT executives. 
- This position is to lead the global IT service strategy with right governance model (KPI, Process, Measurement, and more)
- Act as a gurdian of Global IT Service delivery quality by asset & configuration management, IT operation analysis, continuous service improvement, service reporting, and lifecycle management


Roles & Responsibilities


- Lead to develop and maintain entire Global IT Service strategy by aligning with Global CITO, Region CIO, Strategy Group Manager, Service Lead, Strategic Partner, and Business
- Be a best partner to the Shiseido business globally to provide the best service with effective communication by using consistant KPI, Process, Measurement, and tools
- Develop, implement, and maintain the global IT service foundation such as asset & configuration management, service management, lifecycle management, and more
- Work with Service leads very closely to monitor, analyse, report, and improve the entire Global IT service
- Provide the technical advice and decision to IT Service management
- Collaborate with technical consultants to accelerate ITSM automation by leveraging the latest technology
- Guide to use the ITSM globally by maintaining the ITSM global standard such as KPI, Key metrics, assignment flow, monitoring, and dashboard
- Be a good supporter to the Global service leads to provide necessary platform and tools in place
- Lead to share the best practices, lessons and learned, and constantly update the ITSM method to service leads and operation leads
- Support Service lead to mobilize and educate the team by designing effective on-boarding delivery and training plan to the project
- Lead to conduct the on-boarding training globally
- Be a guardian of IT service by reviewing the post-go-live activities in place together with service lead
- Support global project manager to design the global IT service by applying the Shiseido standard
- Work with IT finance lead very closely
- Work with Strategy Group Manager for CxO reporting





Basic Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Expert in IT Service Management (Certified in ITIL)
- 10 years+ experience in the Infrastructure domain or IT service management role
- Motivate in providing the best service to business (Business and Team oriented)
- Fluently communicate, read, and write in English on business
- Experience in managing IT vendors locally and remotely (Off-shore management is a must)
- Strong technical skills and good knowledge and expertise of cloud computing, infrastructure, and applications
- Strong hands on experience on infrastructure management
- Strong interest in the latest technology
- Experience in working in a matrix organization
- Experience in contract negotiation with global partners
- Experience in facilitating the decision making board for technological topics
- Experience in multi-cultural team management
- Good personality to encourage the team

Desired Qualifications

- Fluently communicate, read, and write in Japanese or Chinese on business
- Strong experience on both agile development and water-fall development in enterprise project
- Strong knowledge and experience in API and OSS
- Experience in platform, SAP, and ServiceNow
- Experience in DevOps
- Experience in a project management for large scale of global project
