Overall description

 

- As a member of Shiseido Global IT Leadership team in Head quarter, you will be a part of leading IT strategy for Shiseido. 
- This position is to lead some of the global IT strategy pillers such as IT resource controlling, IT Finance, IT procurement, Strategy partnership, IT service portfolio, KPI tracking, and more.
- Act as a gurdian of Global IT governance, you will the contact person of your area from  6 Regions (Japan, APAC, China, TR, EMEA, and Americas) in HQ.
- You will behave as a specialist of your area internal / external stakeholders by responding HQ executive expectations.


 

Roles & Responsibilities

 

- IT Strategy (Enterprise architecture, IT organization, Long - mid term transformation, IT resource)
- IT Planning (IT investment strategy, P/L controlling, Project portfolio)
- Global IT Governance process (Investment, Finance, Procurement, Security)
- IT Portfolio management (KPI, perfoemance, cost, resource, APM)
- Global IT procurement (partnership, contract, global charge, allocation, negotiation, vendor performance)
- IT Finance (Asset , P/L, Invoice, cross charge operation)
- Partnership with HR, Legal, Finance, 6 Regions' executives, Digital transformation Office

Requirements

 

Basic Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong interest in the latest technology
- Fluently communicate, read, and write in English on business
 - Hands on
 - Logical thinking
- Effective written/verbal communication skill
- Experience in managing IT vendors locally and remotely (Off-shore management is a must)
- Experience in working in a matrix organization
- Experience in contract negotiation with global partners
- Experience in multi-cultural team
- Good personality to encourage the team

Desired Qualifications

- Fluently communicate, read, and write in Japanese or Chinese on business
- Strong experience on both agile development and water-fall development in enterprise project
- Strong knowledge and experience in API and OSS
- Experience in Salesforce.com platform, SAP, and ServiceNow
- Experience in DevOps
- Experience in a project management for large scale of global project
- Expert in IT Service Management (Certified in ITIL)
- 10 years+ experience in the Infrastructure domain or IT service management role
- Strong technical skills and good knowledge and expertise of cloud computing, infrastructure, and applications
- Strong hands on experience on infrastructure management
- Experience in facilitating the decision making board for technological topics
