Overall description

 

As a member of Shiseido Global Senior IT Leadership team in Head quarter, you will lead Shiseido Global IT Partner relationship management together with CIO, CDO, and Region IT leaders.
- This position is a single point of contact for strategic technology partners in Shiseido HQ.
- This position is to lead the global IT partnership strategy with right governance model (KPI, Process, Measurement, Contract and more)
- Act as an incubator of new technology to introduce to the business globally.     

 

 

Roles & Responsibilities

 

- Own roadmap of the technology to bring the value globally
- Research and identify potential IT partner that can bring the value to the Shiseido business
- Be the best partner to the Shiseido business (Region / Affiliates) to install the technology
- Maintain Partner relationship to ensure the good quality service with the best price
- Establish project / product implementation methodologies / processes by technology (incl. quality assurance and post go-live evaluation)
- Lead to mobilize the team to introduce the technology to Shsieido business
- Be a center of communication with business / partners / IT
- Establish and maintain partner performance and capability assessment methodology to take corrective actions
- Negotiate contract with partner to ensure the Shiseido can get the best deals
- Report procurement status to global CIO and Shiseido leaders with support of IT Finance
- Collaborate with regulatory departments (Legal, Risk management, Finance, and Security) to ensure the procurement activities meet the Shiseido policies and procedures.
- Support region project manager to deliver and  operate the technology by applying the Shiseido standard
- Work with IT finance lead / IT governance lead very closely
- Work with Strategy Group Manager for CxO reporting

 


Requirements

 

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Motivate in providing the best service to business (Business and Team oriented)
- Fluently communicate, read, and write in Japanese / English on business
- Experience in managing IT vendors locally and remotely (Off-shore management is a must)
- Strong interest in the latest technology
- Experience in working in a matrix organization
- Experience in contract negotiation with global partners
- Experience in facilitating the decision making for technological topics
- Experience in multi-cultural team management
- Experience in a project management for large scale of global project
- Experience in developing business case
- Good personality to encourage the team
- Good in communication
- Deep analytical skills and work as fact basis
- Team and collaboration oriented
